* G C McGrath, Group CFO, effected a transfer of shares between his personal holding and ISA accounts. On 28 May 2024, G C McGrath sold a total of 10,000 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding and subsequently purchased, on 30 May 2024, in aggregate, 9,696 Ordinary Shares into his ISA account. Following these transactions, G C McGrath's beneficial interest has moved slightly as a result of share price movements over period between sale and repurchase, and stands at 102,196 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
** On 28 May 2024, the Company received notice from its Employee Benefit Trust of the exercise of these options granted over Ordinary Shares under the Company's Approved Share Option.
