Directors' Shareholdings

The Company announces that the following directors have been granted restricted awards over ordinary 5p shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan as set out below. The awards will only be released in the event that the Company achieves certain TSR and EPS performance criteria over a three year period.
