ZOOPLA PROPERTY GROUP PLC

POST-CLOSE TRADING UPDATE

Zoopla Property Group Plc (LSE:ZPLA) (the "Group") today provides its scheduled trading update in respect of the financial year ended 30 September 2015.

Management is pleased with the Group's progress in the twelve months ended 30 September 2015 and anticipates FY15 Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA of around £107 million (FY14: £80.2 million) and £48 million (FY14: £39.6 million), respectively.

The Property Services division has performed well with UK Agency membership continuing its return to growth. The Group added a further 146 net new UK Agency branches since our last member update for July, taking total UK Agency members to 12,702 as at the end of the financial year. The Group had 2,706 new home development members, 737 overseas members and 266 commercial members taking the total number of members at the end of the financial year to 16,411.

The Comparison Services division has performed ahead of expectations in the four months since the acquisition of uSwitch, which completed on 1 June 2015. The energy vertical has benefitted from uSwitch's market-leading position and the availability of competitive tariffs, and the communications vertical has gained from highly competitive consumer deals in broadband and mobile. The business continues to develop its growing financial services offering.

Net debt at 30 September 2015 was approximately £94 million.

Outlook

Management is encouraged by the trend of gradual UK Agency membership growth over the past five consecutive months and is confident of delivering ARPA growth based on the demand from its members for additional products and package upgrades.

The Group will continue to invest in developing its integrated proposition and delivering on its strategy of becoming the consumer champion at the heart of the home. Management remains comfortable with market expectations for FY16.

Results for the financial year ended 30 September 2015 are due to be announced on 2 December 2015.
