Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification in accordance with MAR 19(6)
The Company announces that on 07 October 2016, the following directors and PDMRs purchased the number of ordinary shares in the Company (Partnership Shares) set out against their names below and were allocated the number of free ordinary shares (Matching Shares) set out against their names below, in each case under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP):

The Partnership Shares were purchased at the price of £3.301 per share. Under the SIP, each participant may contribute up to £150 per month towards the purchase of Partnership Shares.
