GENERAL TEXT AMENDMENT
The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 16th June 2016 at 17.13 under RNS No 4721B
Point 7 stated that the Volume was 141,479. It should have stated The Volume as 141,497.
All other details remain unchanged.

Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") Interests and their connected persons in accordance with DTR 3.1.4
On 15 June 2016, the following persons connected to a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), notified the Company of the following transfers of ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares"):
1. Transfer from Local Globe III Limited to Local Globe IV Limited:
(1) The name of the person discharging managerial responsibilities within the issuer, or, where applicable, the name of the person connected with such a person
