Long Term Incentive Plan Award
The Company announces that it has granted 44,070 Nil Cost Options on 1 June 2016 to Andy Botha, Chief Financial Officer, in accordance with the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").
The number of Nil Cost Options awarded has been calculated by reference to the closing market price of the Company's shares on 31 May 2016 of 325.00 pence. These Nil Cost Options will be subject to the rules of the LTIP and will vest in 2019 depending on performance against Total Shareholder Return and Earnings per Share targets as measured over the performance period.
Andy joined the board on 18 April 2016, and the grant was therefore made after Andy's appointment as Chief Financial Officer.
This notification has been issued pursuant to the Company's notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2 R.
