The Company announces that on 07 December 2016, the following directors and PDMRs purchased the number of ordinary shares in the Company (Partnership Shares) set out against their names below and were allocated the number of free ordinary shares (Matching Shares) set out against their names below, in each case under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP):
