COMPLETION OF USWITCH ACQUISITON
Zoopla Property Group Plc (LSE:ZPLA) ("ZPG"), the digital media business which owns and operates some of the UK's leading online property brands including Zoopla and PrimeLocation, today announces that the acquisition of Ulysses Enterprises Limited ("uSwitch") (the "Acquisition") has received FCA approval for the change of control of uSwitch. This was the second and last outstanding condition of the Acquisition. The first condition of shareholder approval was satisfied by a shareholder vote in favour of the Acquisition, equalling 100% of votes cast. ZPG now expects the Acquisition to complete in the next 7 days.
