ZincOx Resources PLC29 February 2008 ZINCOX RESOURCES PLC Trading symbol - ZOX 29 February 2008 OHIO RECYCLING PROJECT GRANTED CRITICAL ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT ZincOx Resources plc ("ZincOx") has received the Final Permit to Install(commonly known as the "Air Permit") from the Ohio Environmental ProtectionAgency (OEPA). This permit is the sixth to be granted to ZincOx in respect ofthe Ohio recycling project, demonstrating the support by the State and the localcommunity for the project and reflecting the beneficial nature of the recyclingprocess on the environment. The permit is the last major hurdle to be overcomebefore site-work can commence, which is expected to be in May 2008. Progress isalso continuing on design, with the completion of all basic engineering and theidentification of long-lead items, the procurement of which has begun.
