ZincOx Resources PLC11 November 2005 ZincOx Resources plc - Board Changes 11 November 2005 ZincOx Resources plc (ticker: ZOX) is pleased to announce that as it movestowards the development phase for its projects in Turkey, USA and Yemen, itplans to make the following changes to the Board: Noel Masson, the Chairman, will retire from the Board on reaching his 70thbirthday, on 27th December 2005. He will continue as a consultant, maintaininghis involvement with process design and technology. Andrew Woollett, the Managing Director will become Chairman on that date, andMichael Foster, currently Operations Director, will become the ManagingDirector. Simon Hall will be joining the Board as Finance Director on or before 1stFebruary 2006. Simon, aged 36, is a Chartered Accountant who trained with BDOStoy Hayward, and subsequently worked for UGI Smith Meters Ltd, a subsidiary ofHanson Plc, working in China, India and the UK as Financial Controller ofcertain joint ventures. He later moved to BT Property, BT Openworld and iscurrently working as Head of Finance in BT Mobile. Peter Fry will retire as the part-time Finance Director by 1st February 2006,but we are delighted that he has agreed to become a non-executive Director andto take over chairing the Audit and Remuneration Committees from Peter Beck. Peter Beck will be retiring as a non-executive Director on 30th November 2005,to spend six months continuing his circumnavigation of the globe. We lookforward to welcoming him back as a non-executive director when he completes hisvoyage. Gilles Masson, aged 42, son of Noel Masson, joins the board on 1st November 2005as a non executive director. Gilles is a civil engineer in mining with 14 yearsexperience in export and project finance. He is currently an Executive Directorwith a leading European financial institution where he has global responsibilityfor project and export finance for the Americas and worldwide responsibility forproject finance in the mining sector. He will play an invaluable role on theBoard as we negotiate project finance for our new operations. The Board wishes to thank Noel Masson for his dedication as Chairman from theformation of the Company and leading it through its early years, Peter Fry forhis commitment to the Group as the part time Financial Director, and to PeterBeck, as a non-executive director and are pleased to report that all willcontinue to play a role with the on-going development of the Group.
