Zoltav announces that it was notified on 19 December 2011 that on 19 December 2011 that Mark Nicholas Tompkins today acquired 750,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this transaction he is interested in 34,000,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 9.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
