Zamano PLC05 October 2007 ZAMANO PLC APPOINTMENT OF FINANCE DIRECTOR Dublin, Ireland, October 5th 2007: zamano PLC (ZMNO AIM London, ZAZ IEX Dublin)has today announced the appointment of Mr Colm Saunders, BSc, MACC, ACA asFinance Director, effective from 15th October 2007. Mr. Saunders, 35, a chartered accountant who trained with KPMG, has extensiveexperience of corporate finance, transaction management, integration andoperational experience in the USA, UK and Ireland. Colm is joining zamano from Avaya's IP Telephony Business Unit in Boston, wherehe was Director of Operations and Strategy. He was previously US General Managerof Spectel, an Irish voice and web conferencing company which was acquired byAvaya in 2004. Colm has also worked in corporate finance with NCB in Dublin andCCF Charterhouse in London. Commenting on the appointment, zamano's Managing Director John O'Shea stated:"Colm will further strengthen zamano's management team at a time of continuedstrong growth in the core business, and will lead our ongoing search foracquisition targets.
