The following amendment has been made to the 'Investor Presentation' announcement released on 16 August 2022 at 07:00 under RNS Number 0843W.
The date the Company will be hosting the presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform will be the 25 August 2022 and not the 24 August 2022 as originally stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television, brand and audio production Group, is pleased to announce that, subject to the resolutions being duly passed at the Company's general meeting being held on 22 August 2022, it will be hosting a presentation relating to the acquisition of The Edge Picture Company ("The Edge") via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday 25 August at 11:00am BST.
The presentation is an opportunity for current and potential investors to hear from CEO, Mark Browning, and CFO, Will Sawyer, and for them to provide context to the acquisition and showcase content produced by The Edge.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be pre-submitted in advance of the meeting via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am on 24 August 2022.
