XPS Pensions Group plc(the "Company")
TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR / PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
XPS announces that, on 16 January 2026 Snehal Shah (Chief Financial Officer and PDMR) sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 352.50p per Ordinary Share.
Snehal Shah continues to maintain a material holding in the Company, holding 324,785 Ordinary Shares equal to 305% salary, and 498,393 unvested options as a result of in-flight awards granted under the Company's Performance Share Plan.
