Scrip Dividend Reference Price
Xpediator (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders will be 25.75 pence per share. As a result, an additional 5,548,951 ordinary shares will be issued.
The Scrip Dividend reference price was calculated as the average of the Company's closing middle market price, as derived from the London Stock Exchange's Daily Official List, for the five consecutive business days commencing from the first day the ordinary shares are quoted as trading ex-dividend, being 12 June 2020.
The dividend payment date and the date of admission and dealing of the new ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the scrip dividend is expected to be 30 June 2020.
Total Voting Rights
Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 141,633,175 Ordinary Shares and may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
