Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, announces that on 22 November 2019 Wim Pauwels, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Wim Pauwels holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.029 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
