Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, is pleased to announce the return to the Company and re-appointment to the Board of Richard Myson, as Group Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), commencing 1 June 2022. Mike Williamson, current CFO, will leave the Company on 31 May 2022.

Richard is a highly experienced CFO with significant knowledge of Xpediator having previously worked within the business for 16 years across a variety of roles. In addition, Richard has nearly 30 years' experience in the logistics and supply chain management sector, including 10 years at Tibbett & Britten Group Plc.

Richard previously served as Group CFO between 2016 and 2018, overseeing the successful IPO of the Company. He originally joined the finance team of the Group in 2004 and in 2010 became Group CFO of Delamode International Logistics Limited. Richard's roles were not limited to finance, and in 2012, Richard was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Affinity, which remains a key division of the Group.

Rob Riddleston, Interim Chairman, said "Richard is a highly experienced CFO and his knowledge of Xpediator, both operationally as well as of key personnel will be invaluable and I have no doubt that he will have an immediate and positive impact on the business. Separately, and on behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mike for his hard work and extensive contribution to the Group during his tenure. We wish him well in his future endeavours.

"Further to Richard's appointment, I am confident of announcing further permanent appointments with good progress being made in respect of a new non-executive chair and CEO. Further updates will be made, as appropriate, as soon as it is practicable to do so, and I am optimistic this will then result in a prolonged period of stability for the Group.

The following details in relation to the appointment of Richard Lee Myson, aged 50, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Richard currently owns 1,955,000 ordinary shares in Xpediator, representing approximately 1.4 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.

There are no other disclosures in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
