Board updates

Xpediator, (AIM: XPD), a leading provider of freight management services across the UK and Central and Eastern Europe, is pleased to announce the following Board updates.

Non-Executive Interim Chairman

Xpediator announce the appointment of Gillian Wilmot as independent Non-Executive Interim Chairman commencing today.

Gillian is an experienced chairman and non-executive director following an executive career as a Marketing Director then CEO. Gillian brings a wealth of experience across B2B, digital technology and digital transformation in traditional industries. Gillian's skillset brings particular strength in value creation, operational insight and corporate governance. She was recognised for governance excellence in the 2014 Sunday Times Non-Executive Director Awards. Current directorships include Chairman of ZOO Digital Group plc and Jisp, a B2B and B2C solutions business.

Rob Riddleston will step down as Non-Executive Interim Chairman but will remain as an independent Non-Executive Director providing continuity for the Board.

Interim Chief Executive Officer

Xpediator announce the appointment of Michael ("Mike") Stone as Interim Chief Executive Officer commencing today, for an initial six-month term, capable of further extension by agreement.

The Company also announces that Wim Pauwels has stepped down from the Board of Xpediator, having joined in November 2019 as a Non-Executive Director and serving as Interim CEO since November 2021.

Mike is a highly experienced executive within the international logistics industry with over 35 years' experience working with logistics companies both domestically and internationally. Currently serving as Non-Executive Director of Bpost SA (Belgium Post Group), the publicly listed postal service for Belgium, Mike has also served as Managing Director for Quadient's (formerly called Neopost) UK operations, Chief Operating Officer of DX Group, and prior to that, in senior European and global management positions with DHL including Managing Director of Operations for DHL Express Europe.

The Board of Xpediator currently consists of the following members:

- Gillian Wilmot, independent Non-Executive Interim Chairman

- Mike Stone, Interim Chief Executive Officer

- Richard Myson, Chief Financial Officer

- Rob Riddleston, independent Non-Executive Director

- Charles McGurin, independent Non-Executive Director

Gillian Wilmot, Non-Executive Interim Chairman of Xpediator, commented:

The following details in relation to the appointment of Gillian Caroline Wilmot, aged 62, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Gillian was a director of Land of Leather Holdings plc from 1 July 2005 to 31 December 2008, following which it entered into administration on 12 January 2009 which resulted in all creditors being repaid in full.

Gillian Wilmot resigned as a director of Malachite 1 Limited, Malachite 2 Limited and Malachite 3 Limited, a collection of privately owned, private equity backed companies on 29 November 2007, (together the "Malachite Companies"). On 31 December 2007, administrators were appointed to the Malachite Companies which were subsequently dissolved in October 2009.

Gillian has no interest in the ordinary any shares of Xpediator plc as at the date of this announcement.

The following details in relation to the appointment of Michael Adrian Stone, aged 61, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Mr Stone has no interest in the ordinary any shares of Xpediator plc as at the date of this announcement.

There are no other disclosures in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
