Correction
On 10 March 2011, an announcement was released stating that Stephen Brenninkmeijer had acquired 70,000 shares in Xchanging plc, bringing his current shareholding total to 320,000 (0.1336%).
In a subsequent review, it was discovered that the acquisition by Stephen Brenninkmeijer of 3,272 shares in Xchanging plc, which was announced on 24 May 2007, had not been incorporated into his total shareholding since that date, in error.
Stephen Brenninkmeijers' total shareholding in Xchanging plc therefore comprises 323,272 shares (0.135%).
