XCHANGING PLC NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF PDMR
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.3.
On Friday, 5 March 2010, David Andrews, CEO of Xchanging, transferred 700,000 Xchanging ordinary shares (0.295% of issued shares) to Atlanta Trust, a nominated charity, for no consideration. Subsequent to the transfer, the charity sold the shares in order to provide funding for its various programs. David Andrews' beneficial holding in Xchanging is therefore reduced from 19,938,448[1] shares (8.409% of issued shares) to 19,238,448[1] shares (8.114% of issued shares).
