Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business process, procurement and technology services provider, has been informed that David Bauernfeind, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR'), transferred 90,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (representing 0.037% of the issued share capital of Xchanging plc) to Ornella Bauernfeind (a connected person) for nil consideration.
Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Bauernfeind (including those held by connected persons) remains unchanged at 520,959 ordinary shares (approximately 0.213% of Xchanging's issued share capital).
The above transaction took place in London on Monday, 22 December 2014 and Xchanging was informed on the same day. This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
