PDMR Shareholding - Dividend Re-Investment

Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business technology and services provider, received notification on 12 June 2015 that Stephen Wilson, a Non-Executive Director of Xchanging, had on 11 June 2015 made a purchase of 766 Xchanging shares at a price of 122.1875 pence per share, pursuant to a dividend re-investment plan.

Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares held by Stephen Wilson now amounts to 35,335 (approximately 0.014% of Xchanging's issued share capital).

This notification is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
