Non-executive Directors retire from Board
Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business process and technology services provider and integrator, announces that two non-executive directors, Stephen Brenninkmeijer and Johannes Maret, are retiring from the Board of Xchanging, with effect from 31 August 2011.
The search for a new Non-executive Director is well underway.
Nigel Rich, Chairman, commented:
'Stephen has been involved with Xchanging since the beginning and we have valued the knowledge and expertise he has brought to the Board, particularly chairing the Remuneration Committee and more recently the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. Hans has been specifically involved with the successful development of our German business as well as being a valuable member of the Board.'
