Director/ PDMR Shareholding

WYG was on 1 April informed of the following transactions. Mrs Debra Cummins transferred 50,000 shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to her spouse Sean Cummins for nil consideration.

Shortly thereafter Sean Cummins sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares and Mrs Debra Cummins sold 50,000 shares. Both transactions were completed at a price of 1.3173 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions Sean Cummins has no direct shareholding in the Group but continues to have a beneficial holding, through his wife Debra, of 258,085 Ordinary Shares representing 0.38% of the issued share capital.
