Share Issue Update
The Company announces that the Company has issued 266,100 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to its employees pursuant to exercises under its Executive Share Option Scheme and Long Term Incentive Plan subject to the relevant vesting criteria. The Company is now making application for these Ordinary Shares to be listed with the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market as its previous Block Listing authority has been fully utilised.
As a result, application has today been made to the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange for the 266,100 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market ("Admission"). Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 23 June 2010 and the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
The total issued share capital of the Company following this issue is 30,758,824 Ordinary Shares.
