DIRECTOR DEALING

Waterman Group plc, the international engineering and environmental consultancy, announces that it was today notified that on 18th June 2015 Michael Baker, Chairman of the Company, purchased 26,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company through his SIPP at a price of 73.4 pence.

Following this transaction, Mr Baker's beneficial shareholding in the Company is 26,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
