Waterman Group PLC16 November 2005 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Directors Shareholdings The Company was today informed that Mr Barry J Gore, a director of the Company,yesterday exercised options over 100,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each at anexercise price of 44.5p per share and exercised further options over 25,000 newordinary shares of 10p each at an exercise price of 50p per share. Followingthis transaction, Mr Gore's beneficial interest has increased to 185,045ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.7 per cent of the issued ordinaryshare capital of the Company.
