Waterman Group PLC31 May 2007 WATERMAN APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Waterman Group plc ("Waterman"), one of the UK's leading multi disciplinaryengineering and environmental consultancies, has today appointed Geoffrey H.Wright to the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 June 2007.Geofffrey, aged 64 was previously the director responsible for construction andproject management at Hammerson plc, one of the UK's major developmentcompanies.
