Termination of Talks

On 15 February 2008 the Company announced that it had received an initial approach which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company.

The Board of Weatherly has today been notified by the potential offeror that it does not wish to proceed, and therefore Weatherly is no longer in discussions with any third party about a possible offer for the Company.
