Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Weatherly announces that on 15 July 2010, the Company issued 155,501 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 3p per Share following the exercise of warrants.

Application has been made for the 155,501 Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and it is expected that admission will take place on 23 July 2010.

The new Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 446,048,928 Shares. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
