Frameworx Certification Showcases Quindell'sContinued Commitment to Quality and Customer Satisfaction

 

Quindell Portfolio Plc (AIM: QPP.L), the provider of sector leading expertise in software, consultancy and technology enabled outsourcing in its key markets, being Insurance, Telecommunications and their Related Sectors, announced today that the OS3 Frameworks product suite from Quindell Telecoms was awarded TM Forum's Product Conformance Certification Mark; the award relates to its adoption of a SID based Information model that will drive interoperability with other Service Provider B/OSS systems.

 

With the growing demand and ever expanding array of communications products based on convergent services, Service Providers require service management solutions that bring together traditional IT with Network and Customer Operations. OS3 Frameworks from Quindell Telecoms has been specifically designed to meet this purpose, embracing both ITIL and relevant aspects of TM Forum Frameworx within its solution architecture. 

 

At the core of the OS3 Frameworks architecture is an Information Framework (SID) conformant CMS that has been through a TM Forum Frameworx conformance certification. As with traditional IT CMDBs that drive Business Service Management (BSM) strategies, the OS3 Frameworks CMS provides Service Provider specific information capabilities that will significantly lower the cost of Service Provider Operations and improve service management effectiveness through information driven workflows and enhanced decision support capabilities.

 

Adopted by the majority of the world's largest service providers, TM Forum's Frameworx suite of best practices and standards provides the blueprint for effective, efficient business operations. Quindell's documented level of adherence to these standards comes as a result of TM Forum's rigorous assessment and underscores the continuous improvement that Quindell has made to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness as well as the greatest level of customer satisfaction.
