Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has been notified that, on 26 September 2017, Rt Hon Lord Howard of Lympne CH QC (Non-Executive Director), effected the transfer of his 12,608 Ordinary Shares each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held beneficially by Peel Hunt into his personal account, for nil consideration. There are no changes in Lord Howard's beneficial holdings in connection with the above transfer.
