Board and Senior Management Changes

The Board of Mission Capital (AIM: MCAP.L), the holding company of Quindell Limited ("Quindell"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Laurence Moorse as Group Finance Director of the Company subject to final due diligence.

Laurence, aged 38, has worked at senior management and board level for international groups across a broad range of sectors including the software, outsourcing, telco and engineering industries. Having commenced his career in 1994 at Deloitte, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, he worked for Innovation Group PLC between 2000 and 2006 holding a number of positions including UK Finance Director, and Chief Financial Officer. For the past two years Laurence was a senior member of the finance team at the international engineering group, Hamworthy PLC.

The Board also announces that Dominic Milton, who had previously held the position of Interim Finance Director, has stepped down from the Board. Dominic will continue his role in the Company as Corporate Development Officer. Tracey Terry, who left the board of Quindell Limited prior to its acquisition by Mission Capital, has now divided her role as Head of HR and Communications to focus full time on investor relations and communications and Keith Hayward has been newly appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer, focussed on integration of the acquired businesses.

Mission Capital's Chief Executive Officer, Robert Terry commented:

Laurence's experience and technical expertise will prove invaluable to the Company during this period of rapid growth. The changes announced today continue to reflect our commitment to the development of a Board and senior management team that meets with leading practice corporate governance guidance for a group such as ours".

The following disclosures are required regarding Mr Moorse's appointment, pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Laurence currently holds 16,088,915 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing approximately 1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital
