Appointment of Directors
Further to the announcement made on 29 November, the Board of Westmount is pleased to now confirm the appointment of Gerry Walsh and Thomas O'Gorman to the Board. The Company has now applied for admission to trading of 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence in the Company and it is expected that dealings will commence on 5 December 2011.
Directors' Dealing
The Board of Westmount has resolved to grant options at a strike price of 20 pence, being the average closing price for a period of 30 days prior to the grant, to the following Directors of the Company:
