Issue of share options
TheΒ CompanyΒ today announcesΒ thatΒ it has granted, with effect fromΒ 22 September 2009,Β share options over a total ofΒ 150,000 20p Ordinary Shares in the capital of theΒ Company toΒ Mr Mervyn Bradlow,Β Β share options over a total ofΒ 50,000 20p Ordinary Shares in the capital of theΒ Company toΒ Mr Paul Anderson and share options over a total ofΒ 50,000 20p Ordinary Shares in the capital of theΒ Company toΒ Mr Peter Richardson.
The share options have been granted withΒ aΒ subscriptionΒ price ofΒ 62 penceΒ per shareΒ which is equivalent to the average closing middle market quoted price for the Company's 20p Ordinary Shares for the 30 trading days up to and inclusive of 22 September 2009.Β The options expire on 31 December 2016Β and any shares obtained through their exercise cannot be sold before 22 September 2012 unless in specified circumstances.
