The Company has today issuedย 2,823,529ย ordinary sharesย to creditorsย inย settlementย of fees for services performed for the Company.ย Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM which is expected to occur onย 5ย Novemberย 2009.
Following thisย issue, the Companyย currently hasย 366,065,131ย Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in issue.
