Director Shareholding
W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, copper and gold production, exploration and development company with assets in Spain and Portugal, announces that further to the Placing announcement released on 29 July, the resultant shareholding of Dr. Byron Pirola was reported incorrectly and following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, Dr. Byron Pirola (and related parties) will be interested in 152,459,749 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing an interest of 6.52 per cent. of the total voting rights.
As reported in the announcement dated 29 July, following settlement, the Company will have 2,338,543,308 Ordinary Shares in issue.
