W Resources Plc (the 'Company', AIM:WRES) advises that the Chairman, Mr Michael Masterman has notified the Company on this day that 53,181,506 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from Masterman Investments Limited (of which he is both a beneficiary and trustee) to Mr Michael Masterman.
Following this transaction, Mr Michael Masterman's interests in the Company (including related parties) remains unchanged at 742,844,339 Ordinary Shares representing 40.97% of the Company's total voting rights.
Subsequent to the admission of the placing shares to AIM on 30 July 2013, Mr Michael Masterman's interests in the Company (including related parties) will be 749,094,339 Ordinary Shares representing 38.65% of the Company's total voting rights.
