UTV Media plc announces that Mr Roy Bailie, Non Executive Director, purchased 207,283 ordinary shares in the Company between 30 August and 1 Sept 2011 at an average price of £1.22.
Following the purchases, Mr Bailie holds 1,079,179 shares in UTV Media plc, representing 1.13% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
