Specialty metal exploration and development company Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF) (AIM: WLFE) ("Wolf" or the "Company") announces that following admission of the new ordinary shares to be issued under the Fundraise and Share Purchase Plan to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange (being 608,938,956 ordinary shares) expected on 21 May 2014, the Company will have 807,103,616 ordinary shares of no par value in issue.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings given to them in the announcement released by the Company on 18 March 2014.
