Expiry of Options
Specialty metal exploration and development company Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF) (AIM: WLFE) ("Wolf" or the "Company") advises that 850,000 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.59 expired on 26 November 2012.
Following expiry of the options, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and admitted to trading on AIM and the ASX is 114,133,430, the number of options admitted to trading on the ASX is nil and the number of unlisted options are as follows:
• 2,550,000 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.88 expiring on 12 March 2013.
• 850,000 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.34 expiring on 26 November 2014.
• 850,000 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.347 expiring on 20 November 2013.
• 478,012 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.333 expiring on 1 April 2015.
• 100,418 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.3898 expiring on 1 April 2015.
• 524,086 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.333 expiring on 19 July 2015.
• 223,882 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.3898 expiring on 19 July 2015.
• 529,845 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.333 expiring on 16 October 2015.
• 226,342 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.3898 expiring on 16 October 2015.
All of the unlisted options which expired on 26 November 2012 were held by two Non-Executive Directors of the Company, Don Newport and Jim Williams. Their resultant beneficial ownership is set out below:
