Mr Ian Buddery, Executive Chairman, said: "These transactions have enabled ourcornerstone investor, Guinness Peat Group, to further increase their investmentin eServGlobal whilst allowing Patrick and my company to realise capital. Itshould be noted that the shares sold represent a small component of our totalshareholding. Wallaby Hill Pty Ltd will continue to hold 15,055,982 shares andMr McGrory will hold a relevant interest in 3,532,707 shares after thistransaction.
