Director's shareholding

The Company was notified on 18 September 2009 that, on 17 September 2009, Wallaby Hill Pty Ltd (a company owned and controlled by Ian Buddery, Non-executive director) sold 680,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 28.44 pence per share. (AUD$0.5482)

As a result, Ian Buddery, through his interest in Wallaby Hill Pty Ltd, now has an interest in 14,375,982 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
