eServGlobal Limited (LSE: ESG & ASX: ESV), a global telecoms software vendor specializing in Mobile Money and Value-Added Services (VAS), is pleased to today confirm the appointment of Craig Halliday, CEO, to the board of the Company.

Craig Halliday, aged 44, has held the following directorships during the last five years:

Craig is the beneficial owner of 7,272,727 ordinary shares in the Company held by National Nominees Limited (representing 3.7% of the issued ordinary share capital); is a shareholder in MHB Holdings Pty Ltd, which holds 17,322,713 shares in eServGlobal (representing 8.8% of the issued ordinary share capital); and is the beneficial owner of 62,005 ordinary shares in the Company held by Paua Pty Ltd (representing 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital).

There is no further information under Rule 17 or Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies that is required to be disclosed.
