Geneva, 09 February 2018: Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the "Company") the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces that Wioletta Rosołowska, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect due to her executive business commitments. Following this resignation, the Company's Board will comprise 5 Independent Directors and 4 Non-Independent Directors.
The Board will undertake a search for a replacement Director.
