Application for Listing Notice

Geneva, 18 November 2022: Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") today announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 70,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") to be admitted to premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be effective on 21 November 2022.

All of 70,000 Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with the Company's Employee Share Plans:

i) Long-term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") covering 65,000 Shares;

ii) 2019 Leadership Team Award ("LEAD") covering 5,000 Shares.

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary Shares.
