Issue of Options
In accordance with his employment contract the Company has granted an unapproved share option to Mr Barry Nichols-Grey, Company Secretary over 1,500,000 Ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company at an option price of 16.7 pence per share representing the closing middle market price on 9 May 2018 being the last business day before the grant. The option is subject to various performance conditions and save in the event of a change of control of the Company, cannot be exercised before 7 May 2021.
