Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 26 March 2014 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 43,238 ordinary shares (comprising 21,619 Partnership shares and 21,619 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 43.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their March salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
