Walker Crips plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification of the following transactions by connected persons of Lim Hua Min, Non-Executive Director of the Company.

On 28 January 2021, Lim Hua Min purchased 213,944 ordinary shares of 6 2/3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in two separate tranches through connected persons who are members of his family constituting a concert party for disclosure purposes ("Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons"). In the first tranche, 30,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased at an average price of 26.1 pence per Ordinary Share and in the second tranche, 183,944 Ordinary Shares were purchased at an average price of 26.02 pence.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Lim Hua Min's Connected Persons is 12,359,803 Ordinary Shares, representing 29.03% of the voting rights in the share capital of the Company.
