Walker Crips Group plc announces that on 26 November 2024, the Trustees of Walker Crips' Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan") completed the acquisition of 61,366 ordinary shares (comprising of 30,683 Partnership and 30,683 Matching shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 18.40p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their November salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.Â

David Gelber acquired 811 Partnership shares under the Share Incentive Plan, giving him a total of 201,759 shares held under the Plan.
